Jo-Ellen’s life demonstrated the power of a mother’s love. She navigated the complexities of caring for a disabled child and made sure that the entire family found balance and unity. Her efforts led Peter to thrive, reaching adulthood and enjoying life with the support of Senate Bill 962 care services. Her legacy lives on through A Mother’s Love Foundation.
